Existing 4 bed detached house.

With a growing family an extra bedroom with more space is required.

New Design.

An extra double bedroom with en-suite on the first floor. An extra reception room with extended kitchen on the ground floor.

3 Bed detached house.

This family wanted a larger bedroom for growing children as well as somewhere for an elderly relative to be able to stay for care. The proposed design has a double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. The stairs have been redirected and a reception and utility room added. On the first floor a second bathroom and double bedroom have been added.

About the work

An old dilapidated shed was rotting and at risk of collapse. This design was to replace and extend in keeping with existing buildings.
